Great location. Hotel average for a 3 star, spacious and bright room, average bathroom. Nice restaurant, decent food, nothing exceptional. Average breakfast. Helpful staff, but disorganized. Both in the dining room, but especially at the reception, there is no reference figure, so the hotel seems left to chance; in a week we did not understand who is responsible or the reference figure of the structure. The information was given to us by the dining room staff, who finished the service and went to the reception. We asked for a shuko adapter and a photocopy for a medical prescription, and they told us that they did not have adapters (in the room, apart from the refrigerator, there were no shuko sockets) and that they did not have time to make a photocopy... too bad because the hotel has EXCELLENT potential, they should take more care of the relationship with the customers, and I assure you that we are not pretentious. I conclude by saying that it was a positive holiday and mine is absolutely not a criticism, but a small suggestion.

We stayed from 14/9 to 21/9, one day before our departure, I can say that my family and I had a great time, very good food and generous portions, rich and varied buffet breakfast.... the only two flaws were the room which was a little small for 4 people and the lack of a window in the bathroom. Highly recommended anyway.

Top location, parking under your balcony. Clean, convenient. Staff always available. Exquisite half-board treatment, well-stocked restaurant, also with a choice of pizzeria. Breakfast always with a wide choice and fresh products. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this hotel with a 9 month old baby..at the time of booking we requested the cot and it was confirmed, when we arrived in the room we found a single bed and we were told that they had run out of cots..they fixed everything for us with 2 side rails and pillows at the end of the bed held by the chairs.. the room had a double door, it looked like a closet transformed into a bedroom.. Good and varied breakfast, the girl at the reception was friendly and attentive to requests

Scorretti ed inaffidabili. Insieme a mia moglie abbiamo provato a prenotare due camere per altrettante famiglie per il periodo di capodanno e dopo averci confermato la disponibilità le hanno poi vendute ad altri utenti arrivati dopo di noi. Prenoto camere su booking e tantissimi altri operatori da decenni e non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere.
