Excellent hotel, staff were brilliant, no complaints whatsoever. Meals tasty and generous, wellness suite after a hard day's skiing, all for free, complimentary bathrobe and slippers. Vegetarian options available for myself and partner. All in all, definitely would stay again

The Hotel is a comfortable 'home from home' in the mid-range, the hotel has the most genial and friendly owner / manager for whom nothing seems to be a problem, he was very generous with his time and advice. The family room was functional and all we needed. The food on half board was good 'Alpine fayre', the wine list offered decent options. The location of the Hotel is handy for the Carosello side of the mountain and we'd recommend 'David's Ski Hire' and the individual tuition we booked at their ski school (thanks Roberto and Marina), if its your first time in Livigno as it was for us, then its worth taking time to understand how the ski buses work and making best use of 'ski time', as the transport to Mottolino can be very 'painful' (take a long time waiting and getting on 'packed buses')

Beautiful large clean rooms with amenities replaced continuously. Staff/ owners became like family, we loved everything about the hotel. Very central, easy to walk to everywhere in Livigno. Very friendly and helpful staff and owners, could not have chosen a better place to stay. We will def visit again. Had Christmas Eve dinner at hotel, they went out of their way to make it special. Thank you to the bartender/ waiter who was extremely friendly and helpful!. Thank you For a wonderful experience

We had such a wonderful time at St Michael hotel . We were welcomed by the team so warmly that we felt at home straight away. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely view. The Spa area was well equipped and luxurious - the perfect end to a ski day! The food was varied and yummy, as was tge breakfast- a good start to tge day! We enjoyed the company if Damiano and Giovanna - hopefully we will meet again soon. Thank you for a fantastic time. Gina and Huw xx

Wow! One of the best skiing holidays I have ever had, stunning hotel, huge, comfortable rooms, first class spa, much needed after a hard ski, lovely staff, and last but not least, amazing hosts. Thank you Giovanni, Damiano, and all your wonderful staff. The chef is out of this world, the amazing dinners we had every night, along with Damiano’s eclectic, local, to die for wines…. How I managed to ski after eating and drinking so well? Thank you, thank you, thank you, we will definitely be back. Grazie Mille!

Ospitalita con O Maiuscola! Accoglienza calorosa , ricca colazione a buffet con dolce e salato ,bagno con doccia grande e ottima pulizia. Hotel A 5 min dal centro di Livigno. Spa con stanza del sale. Balcone con vista sulla vallata. A prestooo.

Bella struttura in buona posizione, ma con qualche difetto: spazi comuni recentemente rinnovati ma un po’ “freddini”, spa molto piccola -nonostante la prenotazione risultava affollata-, nella mia camera il riscaldamento non si accendeva mai neanche regolando al massimo il termostato, il phon da parete dopo un minuto di utilizzo si surriscaldava e bloccava.. ristorante non all’altezza di un quattro stelle, soprattutto per il servizio, a tratti lento e disorganizzato (non si può attendere 40 minuti per un dolce già pronto che va solo portato, soprattutto se intorno a te i camerieri stanno tranquillamente preparando i tavoli per il giorno dopo) Nel complesso non male ma si trova di molto meglio e anche a prezzi più contenuti

Bella scoperta. Hotel di dimensioni contenute confortevole senza ostentazione. Camere ampie e ben fornite, colazione completa e gustosa. Area benessere curata, forse un poco sottodimensionata. Personale accogliente. Le piste da sci sono raggiungibili a piedi: ottimo

E' situato in una posizione ottima, all'inizio della zona pedonale centrale. Gode di un comodissimo posteggio sempre disponibile per gli ospiti, senza dover passare attraverso zone con traffico limitato. Le camere sono sempre pulitissime e confortevoli. Di notte si può apprezzare il silenzio della montagna d' estate. Dal punto di vista ergonomico, ogni particolare è curato nei dettagli, come per esempio lo specchio in bagno che oltre ad avere diverse possibilità di illuminazione è riscaldabile e quindi non appannato a fine doccia. La SPA è eccezionale e molto apprezzata. Il personale è cordiale e sempre presente per soddisfare ogni richiesta. La colazione è abbondante e con vasta scelta di cibi anche per i ritardatari che arrivano all'ultimo minuto. Sono oramai 5 anni che ci veniamo ed ogni anno e meglio del precedente: bravi.
