A fantastic experience over Christmas for a four day stay to visit my son and do some boarding, the hotel is excellently positioned and the room I had was very comfortable, clean and warm. The staff are exceptional, in particular Barbara, Giuliano & Samuel made my short break very welcoming and gentle. The breakfast is off the chart fantastic, very much recommend this hotel for the food alone.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No hot water and when we asked after three days for another room the receptionist Mary/Maria started attacking me. We had spoken to the police about them. There are many nice hotels in Livigno do not stay here

The charming and friendly restaurant staff at Teola Livigno serve good, three course dinners and the breakfast buffet if substantial. So far so good… We arrived at 08.00, but our room was not ready until 17.10. Once in the room we discovered that there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi so poor that we had no internet facilities in our room for the seven days we stayed. Wi-Fi in the lobby is fine. There was never hot water in our bathroom between 15.00 -19.00 which is precisely when tired skiers need to freshen up after a long day on the piste. This is simply unacceptable. The furniture in the lobby is very worn to say the least, and in dire need of renewal. I cannot recommend this hotel until it has been renovated and the management starts to take the concerns of the guests seriously.

Cannot really fault this hotel. The building is what it is, old but decently kept. A little bit of more attention to maintenance, particularly in the rooms, would go a long way. Rooms and bathrooms are on the smallish side but equipped with all basic requirements and clean. Our room had a nice large balcony overlooking the village and the mountains. Reception/lounge area and restaurant/breakfast room are large, nicely done up and welcoming. Ski and boots storage is very well set and very easily accessible by vehicle at the back of the hotel and internally connected to the reception area. Breakfast is great and the perfect start for a busy day on the slopes. Staff are attentive and ready to help. Apart from having it's own restaurant, the hotel also offers free transport to a couple of restaurants in the village. It is not top-notch but I would not mind staying there again.

I have to say that for a second-rate hotel, it has potential! Hearty breakfast that sometimes not even in other four-star hotels at which I have stayed !!! Congratulations .. excellent cleaning and last but not least .. impeccable staff. Welcoming, smiling, easy-going and always ready to satisfy any need. Pampered from start to finish. The only flaw, I would like to say, I noticed some animated discussions between the staff and the manager of the hotel .. I witnessed a scene in which the manager had turned badly to a girl of the staff for not having understood a question that I made her out of courtesy about the ice .. a somewhat arrogant way in front of everyone .. then for the rest perfect stay
