A very nice hotel, with a good location close to the lift and ski bus. Spacious rooms, as well as a cozy and fresh spa to visit after skiing. Had half-board and was served a four-course dinner every evening. There were three of us in our party and everyone appreciated the food very much. The staff were very pleasant throughout. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

We recently stayed at Hotel Capriolo for the third time!!! We keep coming back because it's so pleasant and good value for money. We love the halfboard option (the food is great!), love the Wellness centre (nicely laid out and equipped), and especially love the family suite with an additional small ensuite bathroom upstairs for the kids. The ski room is also very convenient. The staff are wonderful: friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are a lovely alpine style. There are two ski bus stops very close to the hotel (one in front and one behind). Walking distance to the San Rocco ski slope and to numerous shops. It just ticks all the boxes for us! Highly recommended!

Very nice and warm atmosphere for reasonable, price. Staff was great and helpfull. Amazing food and wine list, calm and cozy wellness. Very close to ski lifts, skibus stop, xc skiing route, restaurants. Opportunity to have larger rooms, family room for larger families or junior suite for two or three people.

Dopo 40 anni sono tornato a Livigno ,da vecchietto , ho travato il tutto meraviglioso,e' questa l ITALIA che vorrei . Abbiamo cercato di fare piu' esperienze possibili , Mottolino,Carosello, Bernina , cascate, val Federia , ecc di piu' in una settimana era impossibile fare .Abbiamo soggiornato al CAPRIOLO trovandoci benissimo , tanto da chiedere un prolungamento , cosa che accade a noi raramente ,l hotel e' molto accogliente , nuovo e ben tenuto , personale molto gentile e professionale , colazione abbondante e variegata , qualita' dei prodotti altissima ,cena meravigliosa , ottimi piatti curati anche nell estetica , ottima enoteca , vini della Valtellina di ottime cantine .Ringraziamo Barbara e in particolare Chiara per la gentilezza e la professionalita' nei consigli . Centro benessere ampio e ben attrezzato ,con piscina degna di tale nome ,sauna,bagno turco e idromassaggio sempre in ordine e puliti . La piu' bella vacanza estiva degli ultimi 10 anni .Un piccolo consiglio , piu' aggiornamenti su cosa succede a Livigno , e sulle attivita' dell hotel . Anche la zona di San Rocco la trovo ideale , poco lontana dal centro troppo affollato , silenziosa e ben servita in tutto . Difficile dimenticare .........a presto

Hotel fantastico! Siamo andati il weekend scorso e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Camere e zone comuni pulite, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile! Consigliato (da ben 60 persone, eravamo letteralmente una banda 🎺🎷) Per il nostro post concerto la spa è stata d’ obbligo, rigenerante! Prenotate!

Per noi è stata la prima volta a Livigno di questo periodo soprattutto. Barbara, la titolare è una persona veramente squisita e sempre disponibile. L'Hotel è una vera bomboniera nel mezzo dei due comprensori sciistici Carosello e Mottolino, ben servito da navette e tenuto veramente bene. Pulito, raccolto, camere spaziosissime e pulitissime, il personale dell'hotel intero gentilissimo nonostante il fine stagione, periodo invece dove spesso si incontra negli hotel del personale oramai sfinito e scoppiato. Un plauso và soprattutto a Daniela e Ottavio che tutti i giorni a pranzo e cena ci hanno sempre fatto sentire come di famiglia. La spa e la zona relax sono poi la vera chicca dell'hotel dove rifugiarsi tutti i giorni dopo lunghe sciare o passeggiate. Grazie nuovamente a tutti per aver reso la nostra vacanza fantastica e indimenticabile. Buon relax a voi adesso che riposa un po

Per noi è stata la prima volta a Livigno e all'hotel Capriolo. Ringraziamo tutto lo staff, sempre gentile e accogliente, le ragazze della reception sempre disponibile, lo staff del bar e del ristorante sempre pronto ad accontentare ogni richiesta e sempre gentili anche con le nostre bambine di 2 e 4 anni. Un saluto speciale per Ottavio che ci ha deliziato sempre con ottimi aperitivi e due chiacchiere nei pre cena nonostante avesse un lavoro da portare avanti. La struttura è fantastica, la piscina bellissima e la sala giochi molto comoda vicino al ristorante. La posizione molto comoda per andare a sciare. Le camere sempre pulite e in ordine. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, speriamo di rivederci il prossimo anno.

Siamo ritornati al Capriolo la prima settimana di marzo, tre famiglie con ragazzi nonché la nonna al seguito .. Recensire nuovamente una struttura potrebbe sembrare banalmente una "ripetizione" di quanto già detto, ma non è sempre così.. il fatto stesso di esserci ritornato significa, chiaramente, che il posto, a mio giudizio, sia meritevole di essere nuovamente scelto.. il Capriolo si trova in una posizione strategica vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita, in adiacenza vi è l'attività, sempre dell'hotel, di noleggio sci, parcheggio comodissimo. L'hotel sempre pulitissimo.. anche la spa, stupendo posto ove rilassarsi, sempre perfettamente curata e pulita, ottima la cucina e notevole la disponibilità del personale sempre attentissimo a soddisfare tutte le richieste, direi con una pazienza proverbiale.. Non si può non sottolineare la gentilezza e l'attenzione rivolta alla nonna, che ha trascorso la sua vacanza, in gran parte, all'interno dell'hotel, coccolata e curata come fosse a casa sua, grazie... Sono certo di ritornare al Capriolo e di trascorrere giorni favolosi, e magari riscriverò un'altra recensione perché , sicuramente, mi sono scordato di elencare qualche altro pregio di questa struttura così bella ed ospitale.
