Excellent experience at this hotel. On a motorcycle tour, 16 people in 8 rooms. Easily accommodated us all and had ample under cover parking for bikes. Sarah was our host and she was superb!! Friendly, efficient, informative and always helping with a friendly smile. So good at her job AND she was there till 11 pm and then serving breakfast early next morning. Rooms were clean, warm and spacious.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte a luglio in camera quadrupla su due livelli. Che dire? Tutto perfetto. Camera stupenda, super pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Al pomeriggio viene offerta una deliziosa merenda e al mattino una colazione ricca e variegata. Personale super cortese e disponibile. Possibilità di garage coperto per auto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Siccome la recensione prima mi è stata rimossa, eccone pronta un’altra… esperienza negativa in quanto per motivi familiari ho dovuto disdire la mia vacanza, cercando di posticiparla… niente da fare, personale non all’altezza, risposte sgarbate e caparra persa completamente.

In fase di prenotazione (di una doppia) chiedo una camera silenziosa e, all'arrivo, ci viene gentilmente offerto un upgrade (camera quadrupla), per essere all'ultimo piano. Accortezza molto gradita. Purtroppo non è servito a molto perché l'insonorizzazione non è sufficiente né tra le camere né, soprattutto, con il corridoio, dove il nostro vicino di stanza era solito sbattere la porta (purtroppo anche molto cigolante) a tarda sera e al mattino prestissimo (portava in camera la bicicletta...). Ma questa, come sempre, sarebbe in primis una questione di educazione più che un problema dell'albergo che, in realtà, è molto bello e, soprattutto, estremamente pulito. Il personale, come detto, è davvero gentilissimo. Buona la colazione con ottimi prodotti locali (specialmente i formaggi) e possibilità di uova preparate al momento. Ogni giorno viene anche offerta una piccola merenda. Comodo il garage ma è comunque presente un parcheggio esterno riservato ai clienti. Il centro è a pochi minuti a piedi.

Ho trascorso due giorni e sono stato davvero bene. La stanza non enorme ma calda, accogliente e funzionale. Bagno ampio e pulito. Forse poco illuminato ma non è un problema. Colazione con ampia scelta. Il pomeriggio offrono anche la merenda. In generale l’hotel è ben curato. Si trova fuori dal centro di livigno ma in macchina sono 5 minuti.

Nach mehr als 10 Jahren wieder dort...immer noch ein tolles, freundliches, familiäres Hotel. Traumhaftes Familienzimmer, mit Kinderbett auf der Galerie. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, sehr sauber im ganzen Haus.

Io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato sei notti in camera doppia standard. La camera (tutta in legno) era pulita, televisore grande, armadio senza ante di ampiezza adeguata e bagno molto spazioso. Abbiamo apprezzato l'acqua e la frutta offertaci e il bollitore con tè e tisane. Complimenti al personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il garage è comodo e ampio e la ski room è funzionale. La posizione è molto comoda per quanto riguarda gli impianti sciistici del Carosello (cinque minuti a piedi all'andata e a fine giornata si può arrivare dalle piste fino quasi al parcheggio). La colazione è varia e abbondante. Per la cena funziona benissimo il servizio navetta (gratuito) che abbiamo richiesto quasi ogni sera per recarci ai due ristoranti convenzionati all'ora che desideravamo. Non abbiamo usufruito della spa. Pienamente soddisfatti del rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso il fine settimana a livigno Abbiamo scelto questo hotel tramite le varie piattaforme online Albergo ben curato a 5 minuti dal centro Personale veramente cordiale e gentile Ottima la merenda all arrivo per non parlare della squisita colazione, peccato per la sala colazione un po’ piccola Camera stupenda… Veramente soddisfatto consiglio vivamente

Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura, locazione strategica per il parcheggio, molto pulito, ma soprattuto per gustare una colazione eccellente a base di prodotti locali in un ambiente tipicamente montano ed un servizio sauna elegante. Tutto magicamente organizzato dal Direttore che con il suo staff ha saputo esaudire ogni nostro desiderio.
