Good location. Next to the bar street. Deafening disco sound at 3 am. If you like clubbing, you should like it. I don't go to bars, it feels like a nightmare. I can't sleep at night. Luggage storage is charged. Friendly staff. Strict access control.

Place was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short. As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good. Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well. Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.

Tune Hotel Liverpool

I recently stayed at Tune Hotel Liverpool, and while it has some positives, there were also a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable. First, the good: the hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and within walking distance of key attractions. It’s also very affordable, which is ideal if you’re on a budget. However, there were several drawbacks. The room itself had marks on the walls, making it feel a bit worn. It was also hard to find since the room numbers weren’t displayed outside the doors, which was frustrating when trying to check in. The biggest issue, though, was the noise—drunk people were loud in the early hours, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap and well-located place to stay and don’t mind some minor inconveniences, it might work for you. But if you’re after a peaceful night’s sleep and a more polished room, you might want to look elsewhere.
