Great budget hotel and location is excellent. Free parking in Liverpool is a bonus.
Noisy if on roadside but no fans in the room so windows have to be open.
Stayed a couple if times now no complaints as such.

Hotel is without lift. Have to lift up luggages up to level 3 ownself.
Hotel do not provide free concierge.
A luggae was charged at £3each to put at concierge.

The hotel is located on the seaside, very close to the Albert Dock. It is a 20-minute walk to James St train station and a 15-minute walk to the city center, Liverpool Cathedral and many other attractions. It is convenient for sightseeing. The heating is powerful, the temperature is suitable, the bed is comfortable, the windows can be opened, and the wifi is good. However, the desk light is dark. From the start the staff were very rude. My room was dirty with a very wet floor to the point I had to wear shoes to walk around my room but the most shocking thing was the very strong smell of smoke.

Cheap and cheerful. Was iver for a match with my son. Room was a bit small but we didnt mind as we were out and about most of the time. Staff werw friendly and helful. Easy to get to from airport. Buststop 5 min walk. 15 walk into centre of city. Could do with sockets beside bed though. Would definitely stay again

Great location a very basic room but everything for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a bit poor other than that it ticked all of our boxes. All of the staff were amazing and the bar is a pleasant place to sit.

Was told bar closes at 11pm got back to hotel at 10:50 to be told last orders is 10:45 👎
