Clean and soo close to the train station, across the road. Kept my luggage there easier to commute around the centre. Liverpool 1 is just 6min walk.

Good location near liverpool lime street station. Bathroom has no shower. Only one towel provided. Stayed 4 nights and no cleaning or changing of towels.

The breakfast is okay, the location is great, just outside the station, free Wi-Fi. Even sending messages takes a long time, almost to the point of being unusable. Its high-speed WiFi is five pounds for 24 hours.

Family room booked. Arrived to a double room. Was told would move rooms, then they just put 2 beds in same room which meant there was no gaps between any of the beds. So children had to climb up from the bottom of beds to get in/out which meant disturbing whole family for toilet trips. Given only 2 towels (as room was a double) asked for 2 mode, no more ever arrived. Thermostat in room broken (no decrease button as it had been broken off and damaged) so couldn't turn heat down. Temp was stuck at 26° which made for a very uncomfortable stay. Given we were all practically in the same bed it made the room feel even hotter. Breakfast was fine apart from no plates (15 min wait for the dish washer to finish for more!) and dirty cups. Spillages not cleared up because young staff member was chatting to friends instead. Booked car park as per website which was fine but it's quite a trek to the hotel.

Very quick and efficient check in the staff explained all about room and fire safety alarms,( saying if the alarm goes off today they aren’t testing and too following fire exits) Room was really big and very clean !! Location was fantastic and within reach of lime street train station, Staff were very friendly and approachable, thanks for. Great stay !!
