Very disappointing stay. Rooms need a complete refurb; black mould in shower. TV didn't work. Location is only redeeming feature..

I found that without a window it felt claustrophobic however that is the room we booked, we enjoyed the hotel and the location and ir allowed us to see the city we went to university in, I would book here again but with a window next time! As it was a long walk to the other room

Stayed here over the weekend, staff are great, room was cleanish, but it was absolutly freezing the a/c unit in the room didnt work and we had an oil heater with 1 wheel missing so it wobbled, the window had mould growing on the inside and when you put the shower on it nearly flooded the bathroom as the water didnt go down quick enough, no fresh towels offered on a 2 night stay, would not stay here again....
