Location is fantastic if you come by train, if you drive then that's perfect too. Free parking right next to the hotel, just fill your registration in on check-in form at the hotel. Confirm number of nights stayed on departure at reception, drive out, what could be simpler.
Needed to stay longer, booked with trip the same room type, spoke to reception who updated my card to stay in the same room. Increased stay again, same routine and outcome.

My daughter and I had lovely day as usual- this is an excellent hotel ideal position - staff are courteous and helpful. We reported our bedside lights weren't working -maintenance staff came immediately - it was our fault!!! Problem solved. Wonderful breakfast -we're both vegetarians and plenty of choice for us.ae were able to park outside in disabled spot - ideal. Castaway Bar - the barmaid was so lovely and pleasant - think her name was Livvy - recommended cocktails that we liked. All round a wonderful stay

We didn't eat at the hotel but the room was comfortable with everything we needed. Fluffy towels, comfy bed and nice toiletries. Check in was quick with a room upgrade too, so thank you. Will definitely stay again.

Booked 2 separate day bookings, reception merged to stay in same room, friendly and helpful receptionist.
Parking is complimentary for guests and the parking staff were informative on the procedure. Hotel was spotless as was the room and bathroom.

Stayed before and our choice as it’s close to lime street station and the theatre. Always friendly and clean. The hotel is warm and welcoming.

Great location right next to Lime St Station. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
They served everything you might want at breakfast from fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals to full English.
We will definitely be staying here again.

Very convenient location just next to the train station and 15min walking distance from center . Friendly staff, they could keep luggages after check out if there is time for a last walk before departure.
