Conveniently located to many areas including the railway station, Liverpool Lime St, Liverpool One, Albert Docks. There’s free parking, too!
Note though that the hotel does not have a/c but you can crack the window open. Also, a fan was left in the room.
On the day we checked out, a seagull stood outside our window which entertained the children 😊

Great location and the best is that the hotel has free parking for residents. We stayed for 1 night in a room in the 6th floor , the room was very nice and clean , windows are double glazed. A bit warm as there is no air con however they give you a big fan .

Not the most modern hotel but it wins on value for money, cleanliness, friendliness and location. Super huge fluffy towels. Comfy beds. Triple glazing. Great staff. Castaway bar has a good choice of happy hour cocktails. We did not try the restaurant but the pre theatre menu was popular. Would recommend to friends and family.

Very first time in Liverpool and stayed in the linerwhich I am so glad we did
Really enjoyed our stay here, booked 1 night with breakfast and in morning me and my husband decided to ask if we could book the same room for a extra night, this was not a problem staff are really polite and nothing is an issue, we booked the executive suite which had private bathroom with a bath and over shower very clean towels provided, super king bed the best was very comfy pillows were a little soft for me but still great nights sleep, we also had a lounge with a 49" TV and corner sofa. Even though it's right next to the train station it never bothered us as it wasn't to loud and was able to watch TV and announcements stopped around 11 pm. The restaurant is lovely nice food, and breakfast was a buffet setup and was able to choose how much you wanted and could go back for more. I will be back

The room is nice and clean. You can hear the train announcement all day until night because of close to the station. We need keep window open because no A/C so if you have trouble with noise, then need to choose other side of station.

There was a long wait at the check-in counter at 3:00 PM, and they only began assisting with check-in applications starting at that time. Additionally, the room was only available at 3:30 PM. Throughout the day, there was constant low-frequency noise, and I was woken up early by the noise and announcements from the nearby train station.
On a positive note, the room was clean and spacious. However, despite requesting an additional toothbrush at the counter, none was provided.

Great hotel in an excellent location behind lime Street station. Staff on check-in were extremely helpful and friendly as were all the other staff members. Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, the shower was powerful and hot and the bath big. English Breakfast was delicious although not the biggest buffet the quality was amazing .The room could do with a fridge but aside from that everything was perfect for us and we will definitely be back again
