The room was clean, with plenty of space, breakfast was very good where you just helped yourself, so if you go out hungry it's your own fault. The staff are very friendly and explain it all out clearly at check in.

The cleanliness of the hotel is not good. My skin shows allergy when I touch the bed. The lady over the counter attitude is not good as well. But the location is good, it’s convenient to find the train station and travel. Maybe the next time, prefer to choose another hotel, the cleanliness is really not good.

Location is fantastic if you come by train, if you drive then that's perfect too. Free parking right next to the hotel, just fill your registration in on check-in form at the hotel. Confirm number of nights stayed on departure at reception, drive out, what could be simpler.
Needed to stay longer, booked with trip the same room type, spoke to reception who updated my card to stay in the same room. Increased stay again, same routine and outcome.

My daughter and I had lovely day as usual- this is an excellent hotel ideal position - staff are courteous and helpful. We reported our bedside lights weren't working -maintenance staff came immediately - it was our fault!!! Problem solved. Wonderful breakfast -we're both vegetarians and plenty of choice for us.ae were able to park outside in disabled spot - ideal. Castaway Bar - the barmaid was so lovely and pleasant - think her name was Livvy - recommended cocktails that we liked. All round a wonderful stay

We didn't eat at the hotel but the room was comfortable with everything we needed. Fluffy towels, comfy bed and nice toiletries. Check in was quick with a room upgrade too, so thank you. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed before and our choice as it’s close to lime street station and the theatre. Always friendly and clean. The hotel is warm and welcoming.

Great location right next to Lime St Station. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
They served everything you might want at breakfast from fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals to full English.
We will definitely be staying here again.
