Overall we found the hotel quite and walking distance from the train station. It was close to the Galleries and the docs and local for food and drink overall it was a very lovely experience. Would stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised about this hotel, I read some of the reviews and was little unsure. We booked for one night, guy on reception desk was very welcoming and helpful. We went to our room and it was good size and clean. Bed was comfy and shower nice and powerful. Only issue with room is that window doesn't open and have to rely on AC to cool room.
Location is excellent, handy for shops, bars and restaurants. Anyone who wants breakfast, go to Wetherspoons across the road.
Happy with our stay, and would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, excellent location close to the shops, pubs and restaurants as well as the docks. Parking and train station close by.
Staff were very accommodating when we arrived early
Room was clean and provided tea, coffee and toiletries. Had 2 massive beds.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Heaton concept hotel From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet and the peaceful atmosphere of the spa area. Every part of my stay exceeded expectations, and I would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!
