The water pressure in the toilet is not enough, only hot water
Just this little shortcoming
The facilities and environment are very good, totally worth the money
There is billiards downstairs to play, 1 pound per game

Safe, clean, shower not very good, no pressure. Overall, convenient, easily accessible and close to Anfield and shopping.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond. I can't praise them enough for the support they gave with a medical emergency. Nothing was too much trouble

The good: hotel common areas were pleasant. Continental breakfast wasn't bad.
The bad: it was bitterly cold outside, windyand around 3 degrees centigrade. In the room there was absolutely no heat and perhaps 8 degrees. We told the front desk twice and were told both times that someone would be over in 30 minutes. Never happened. The next morning there was no hot water, not even lukewarm. The ******* info said "on-site parking." That is a jumbled mess. We parked on the street.
No, i would not go back.

Very basic. Uncomfortable bed. Spider on my pillow😬 bugs from drain in shower. One coffee sache only.

The picture in the advert and reality are in opposite contrast. Narrow stairs to top floor no lift and I was not asked if I have mobility issue. The bed was sagging. I could park my car in the car park. I was woken at night by false alarm. No hair dryer nor iron in the room. It is terrible
