Good stay handy location for the events arena & Liverpool 1 . Reasonable buffet breakfast. Only thing which slight let it down was the shower curtain had quiet visible marks all down it like recent paint which came off in the water!

Located in the city center, there is a shopping center next to it, and it is next to the pier. Because there are government agencies nearby, the law and order are relatively safe.
Downstairs there is a Tesco express open until 11:00 p.m., which is very convenient for buying breakfast or supper.
The service staff kindly gave us a view room on a high floor.
Overall comfort in the room.
The inconvenient part is that the hair dryer has to be borrowed from the counter in advance.
The bathroom did not provide any cleaning products, and the smell of dampness for a long time needs to be improved.

really excellent location particularly for cruise port and city centre. Staff couldn't be more helpful, and excellent value for money. Only slight negative was slightly noisy at night, needed to keep window closed, but hotel website had warned us about this, and reception staff gave us a fan.

Room 504 was very dusty. Screw hanging out the wall. Bed was ripped underneath. Paint coming off the wall.
