DREADFUL... If you have the choice stop anywhere else premier inn near the docks is cheaper and cleaner. The main issue was you couldn't open any windows and it felt like 500 degrees. If you think I'm joking out party argued about not going back because it was so uncomfortable. Very very noisy and it's like a maze trying to check in at a different building for apartments 5 minutes away. Never again.

Disgusting customer service from Craig the general manager, speaking to customers awfully and made no effort to resolve the issues we had raised. Inconsistent information from staff and vile attitude. It was absolutely disgusting too I would not recommend to my worst enemy!

The apartment was filthy on arrival, didn’t even look like it had been cleaned from the night before. The shower walls were brown, and the floors filthy. You couldn’t see out of the windows from the grime. Also broken furniture. The apartment is on top of a bar also so it’s very loud.

You cannot sleep here. The noise from the clubs downstairs vibrates the entire apartment, it’s shocking that they are advertising this as a hotel really. If you are a stag/hen do wanting to stay then it might be okay, the facilities are average at best
