Very comfortable hotel. Big room, clean, friendly front desk staff, near to a lot of shops, restaurants, and bars. Right by the main party area though so a bit noisy late at night. Otherwise a great place to stay!

The rope walks hotel is a lovely comfortable hotel the receptionists are all very nice and helpful, the hotel is on a club street so there is noise till early hours but I didn’t think it was much of an issue, you also have to give a 50£ deposit that you get back which is understandable but something to be aware off- however I would stay again and recommend

Dated hotel, super nice staff, badly needs refurb, rooms have no a/c it’s not a 4star - doesn’t even have phones in room to call reception, windows don’t open much, if you like dated hot sticky stuffy rooms that are dark miserable - this is the right choice. This is not a Best Western Plus hotel - in name only, was previously epic hotel, and BW have done zero nada to this hotel. I felt cheated by booking this hotel under the umbrella of BW only to discover it’s a run down hotel. Staff are lovely they are fantastic.

We arrived very later, the staff was friendly and check in was easy. Clean rooms and decor will definitely recommend.

Everything was good I was book booked room with bath tub in the bathroom but there was a shower and on the reception they want to keep 100£ deposit for a night stay I didn’t like that

We stayed for a night and opted for the breakfast. The check-in and stay were hassle free and we enjoyed the room. Bed was comfy, toilet and bathroom just nice. The same cannot be said for the breakfast, which was late in setting up (after 7am). It was only ready around 720am which was late for us as we had a train to catch.

Loved staying here. It was clean and spacious. The location was ideal and it was quiet.

The rooms are clean, the beds are big, and best of all, it's great value for money. It's very convenient, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist spots. The reception staff are also very helpful.

The hotel is very centrally located, less than 10 minutes walk from Chinatown, the hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The only downside is that there is a disco next door that plays loud music until after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night.
