We're a family of 4 with 2 young children and stayed in the Family Studio which has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Very clean and well designed rooms in an excellent location smack in the middle of Liverpool 1. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Only downside was that the room did not have a refrigerator.

非常好，第一次住公寓式的酒店沒想到體驗那麼好，房間大小合適，乾淨整潔，前台態度熱情，並且有免費咖啡早餐可以吃，並且最重要50磅的按金第二天退房當場退還給你，不像英國很多酒店賊噁心要不就不退，要不就等一個月退.還有地理位置超級無敵方便，下樓就是各大商場，去哪兒方便，火車站lime street 過來也方便，還會再去.

Amazing hotel! Staff were so friendly and location was excellent also. Really nice touch having the pastries and tea/coffee available each morning also. Only negative is that there was no sign for the hotel so we ended up at apartments of the same name a few doors up. If there was a sign outside the door for this hotel it would be perfect but i cannot fault anything else. I hope to book again soon.

Staff were so friendly. The place was so clean and the rooms were so spacious. Right on the shop streets but so quiet.
