同朋友一齊訂的房，一間是大床房一間是雙床房，主要是離附近的櫻桃園比較近，和附近半小時車程有一個大型的outlet Mall，兩個地方都很好玩，回酒店還可以有一個小型的泳池和Spa房做桑拿去疲勞，美式早餐的非常簡單，沒有什麼可以點評的，這個價錢就這樣也算是比較划算。

We were given a room that was used and not cleaned. Got transferred to a new room, which was not what we wanted (1 king instead of 2 queens) and the bathroom was not clean.

Checked in to find out our room was dirty wasn’t cleaned and then Gave us another room which the keys didn’t work and wasn’t offered and discount or upgraded room was really disappointed

Hot tub was barely luke-warm. Water pressure in shower was poor.. The property is a good one and all else was good. But we have chosen this property many times for the indoor pool and hot tub. Sorely disappointed.

Desk clerk was rude, ageist and discriminatory as I am disabled. I told her she was rude and refused me service, cancelled my reservation and I had to get another hotel room at Hampton Inn. I called ******* last night and was told I would get a return call within 2 hours- have not heard back. Called Wyndom customer service and am expecting a call this morning.

Overall this is an older property that is in decent condition. However, things like the shower main control handle falls off, the fan in the bathroom ( which comes on with the light) sounds like it is ready to explode and very noisy, the excersize bike and elliptical need service, makes you wonder who is managing this property or what low standards do they have. My primary issue was the check-in was just poorly recieved. The young lady really needs to be trained on basic customer service, like greeting, welcoming, and covering anything about the hotel (wifi, breakfast hours, where to park, where are the elevators) because in this area she scores a zero. Again, this is just a total reflection on the management and really does not take much to turn around. Of course, caring is the most important aspect.

Well after going 3 times back and for to the front desk for a good working room key they decided to give me another room.
This is somehow bad and inconvenient after been behind the wheel for so many hours.
I have to add that I was late for my breakfast but one of the ladies working at the kitchen was really nice to spare one of his yogurts, thank you so much for that because I knew I will spend at least 12 hours behind the wheel again. 💕
