What an amazing place to stay in. Views 10/10 Hospitality 10/10 Cleanliness / Comfort of villas 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 This has been the best experience overall that we would have wished for. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality hotel with great breakfast, amazing accommodation and views to the Chora of Astypalaia. Thank you Fani and the family for making this a great holiday for us

i did months of research on where to stay on this island and have to say i got it 100% right! this place is amazing. my husband and i recently spent 11 glorious days here. the pool is lovely the views to die for and best of all was the hospitality by Fani and her parents - we were completely spoilt - the breakfasts were delicious. we decided not to hire a car - there was no need for us - it was an easy 10/15 minute walk to Livadi and the restaurants . 10 minutes to a couple of nice beaches and their is an asty bus stop right outside - this is like uber. we cant wait to go back

Nisides is an amazing place with an astonishing Sunrise with a private pool sea view The welcome of Fany and her wonderful family was great We spent there 10 wonderful days The breakfast cooked by the family was superlative! The best scramble eggs and spinach pie of the island!! And try the homemade Lemonade ( best ever ) These 5 suite ( We try n.4 and n.5) are big and very private. Private pools are big enough with a super view of the sea and the Chora. Super reccomended!!!!

Wonderful newly built premises in elegant island style. Big, spacious rooms with all required amenities to make your stay flawless and comfortable. Total privacy in the separated villas with private infinity pool. Spectacular view over the sea and towards the Chora of Astypalia. Generous breakfast with locally-sourced products served on a beautiful terrace with a view. Friendly hosts to help out with any of your needs and above all the serenity required of such a place immersed in nature.

Beautiful structure with a view of the Chora, spacious, clean room, equipped with every comfort (even two bathrooms!) and a private swimming pool. A luxury hotel where we feel "at home". Cristos and his family, especially Roberta, are kind and professional and add extra value to this already beautiful hotel. A la carte breakfast with fresh, quality products. Roberta is always available in recommending beaches and restaurants, very attentive to the well-being of her guests. Perfect location to relax. We will return because it's worth it!
