環境和設計都不錯，這家酒店地理位置很好，就是沒有什麼配套和服務。相對於旁邊附近地段的酒店的話，性價比實在是不高，這個價位沒有人性化的服務。工作人員也是懶洋洋的感覺，純屬花錢來看看酒店設計

衝著貴去的，結果要啥沒啥。
該店乘車衹能由地下停車場到達，酒店沒任何提醒，我們乘車轉了近2小時找不到地方，中途打了酒店電話詢問都沒人發給我們位置，最後下車拉着行李到處找才找到。
到達酒店放行李，累了想喝水，一看沒有，找前台問了才補過來。
放好行李後去外面逛了逛，晚上11點回酒店準備休息，結果沒拖鞋，打了前台10多個電話無人接聽。後來終於有人接聽了。
想想就先洗漱吧，打開洗漱台抽屜，除了一個空盒子，牙刷、梳子等啥都沒有，這下覺得不對勁了，把床品翻開下，全是睡過的褶皺，根本沒換！
致電前台後雖説給換了房間，新房間卻又出現個不明物體，看得心裏發毛！佩服前台小姐姐，徒手給摳掉解決了。
折騰一晚上，啥心情都沒有了，説好的歡迎水果也沒了，1000多一晚的房間就這體驗，非常差！

千萬別踩坑，這次出行定了兩間臨江大床房，在景區裏面環境是很好，徽派建築很古風。但是不適合住宿。沒有早餐提供，服務又不到位，門口N多路人打卡街拍。出入又不方便。退房效率太低了，小孩子在茶桌台上吃個早餐，還想收取你的清潔費，真是絕了。

酒店設計中式古樸漂亮，客服服務周到，熱情。園林設計自然美觀，房間乾淨整潔。唯一不足客房臨街太吵，隔音不太好，可能適縫五一古鎮喧鬧唱歌到12點，經酒店協商停止了表演。內在環境很好，外在環境無奈

酒店的設計和綠化佈置非常喜歡，喜歡玩石頭的應該有很多可以看，可以説一步一景，服務也很好，剛入住的房間蓮蓬頭不好用，且對着霸王茶姬有點吵，直接有空房升級了一下但是對着大門一樓就是火鍋店，一樓的大門很多姑娘在拍照，當然睡覺時間不影響，晚上有時候會有下水道的反臭，建議可以查查原因，瑕不掩瑜，總體而言柳州推薦入住的酒店

酒店的地理位置很方便，是在窯埠古鎮景區裏，樓下吃喝都很多，但是因為是在景區裏拖着行李找酒店真的很麻煩也不方便，房門是木質的也不隔音。酒店環境做的還是很好的，看得出來很想模仿安縵，但是衹能説形狀學到了，其他的都沒跟上，房間裏沒有化粧鏡，電視操作很麻煩，對不起這個價位，很像個快捷酒店的電視。酒店樓下一大堆旅拍的小姐姐，站滿了大廳入口，也沒有保安制止和維護，真的很像一個景區，不像酒店。作為一個度假型酒店，都沒有一塊獨立的門院，很影響體驗感。最後訂的是江畔房，但離江邊八丈遠，衹能説攜程的照片拍的角度很好。
