在柳州比較高檔的地王公館，樓下就是人民廣場，旁邊就是柳州博物館，離着不遠河對岸是窯阜古鎮，離五星街也不遠，位置還是比較好的，樓下就連着商業，就是樓層高，住户多，所以電梯有點難等，高峯時間人會有些多，趕上一天夜裡颳大風，房間裏窗户那裡的板子嘎嘎響，門也響，衞生間天花板也響，第二天老闆説要不給換個房間，由於還有一晚懶得折騰，就算了，老闆也派人去修了，之後第二天風小了，沒啥聲音了就也還行，整體設施有點陳舊，價格對於柳州民宿來講算高的，還有，週末平時價格不同，整體還是值得選的

房間還可以，就是服務態度非常差 愛理不理的 而且價格剛開始可能低價促銷還可以，100-120起步這樣子。 現在不是節假日也賣的很高 不太值得了

房間很大，第一次住42層那麼高，可以看到窗外的風景。房東很好，有問有答，非常好。有個大屏可以投屏，非常喜歡。地理位置也非常好，周邊都是可以逛街的，步行街一邊走一邊逛就到了，下次有機會可以再選擇。
