我預訂的房間燈出了點問題，老闆直接給我們免升到了豪華房可以看江景，一線江景真的絕了！這個價錢能住到這麼好的房間，我們偷笑了好久哈哈哈。民宿的外觀是哪種像福建土樓的有點舊，開放式物業。但是樓下就有小吃街，吃小吃嘎嘎方便。真的是去哪裡都近，動車站過來就6分鐘8塊錢！樓後面舊可以直接坐水上公交看百里柳江！走路10分鐘吧可以直接到五星街和青雲菜市。滴滴10分鐘到龍潭公園！前台很積極推薦好吃好玩的，不踩坑。去了很多地方逛逛吃吃，玩到大半夜才回來，居然還看到有民警巡邏，讓我和小姐妹的安全感又又又升級了。退房了免費寄存行李到了傍晚！柳州真的是寶藏城市。我還會再來噠！強推我的朋友來住這家民宿！！

設施：相對來説算新的，就是有點老氣。整體不錯。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，有專門阿姨清掃。
環境：酒店樓下是谷埠商業街，相對來説有點嘈雜。
服務：服務很不錯，從性價比來講已經很棒了。

房間挺大，聽説可以看到晚上的噴泉，可惜我去的這段時間設備被洪水弄壞了看不了。前台兩個小姐姐都很好，有什麼需要都會幫忙，第一晚12點多樓上的人還在猜拳，也幫我找了物業去協調

房間挺大的，浴桶是漏水的但是有浴桶袋，床單枕套這種床上用品聞起來有味感覺消毒得不夠好，周邊就是有很多吃的，夜市就在樓下吃東西非常方便，位置不錯。

房間挺大的，就是下午3點才能入住，1點退房，中間間隔了2個小時，我們高鐵比較晚，問能不能延遲退房，想來2點退它也還有一個小時的打掃時間應該是可以的，商家還是拒絕了，不太有人情味

對於柳州來説 已經算不錯了吧 面積很大 ！就是酒店以外的環境真的難評 很 吵 蠻臟的 樓層高 但電梯少又很慢 天熱過去電梯下去已經一身汗了

想訂投影房的朋友注意了！！部分房型投影和床樑設計有問題！床樑直接遮擋投影，且民宿方不認為他們是過錯方，還會指責你，對投影有要求的請繞道！！！一不小心就花了錢，享受不到服務，還要被經理陰陽怪氣，經理是yygq大師！
【投影儀完全模糊 有大面積遮擋 無法觀看】【值班人員極其不專業，敷衍了事睜眼説瞎話推脱問題】【經理態度極其惡劣，當面指責客人，認為我不應對設備問題有不滿】【不耐煩，不道歉】
旅遊多次，第一次遇到如此服務態度！！！氣了一晚上！！！
事情經過如下:
1，投影儀如圖1（調整前），給值班人員反映後，她沒有第一時間來調試，直接發了一段視頻讓我自己弄（該視頻完全無法解決問題），她來調試時後效果如圖1（調整後）
和工作人員對話如圖2
2，我要求和經理通話，經理直接表示【如果你不滿意，可以退房】
我質疑後，她直接火了【指責我説話“咄咄逼人”】，具體經過見圖3
【起因是你們的投影儀有問題，不管是工作人員還是經理，全程都沒有對我有一句歉意】
【解決問題態度敷衍、惡劣，並指責客人，認為客人不應該有任何情緒】
本人説話沒有不尊重任何人，態度禮貌，且一直壓抑着情緒，就事論事，卻遭到這樣對待，真的是忍一時越想越氣。
