隔音很差，樓上是早教中心，早上七點鐘就開始有奔跑的聲音和音樂聲，空調很舊，使用時一直有嘎吱嘎吱的聲音，馬桶蓋是壞的，但是床很舒服，地板比較乾淨

臨街的屋子會比較吵，當然是不是很晚，不是十點前就睡也還好，當然相對便宜，也就這樣吧，至少有地方睡覺、洗簌一下。

還行吧，就是廁所抽風壞了，如果抽煙的話一個屋子全是煙味根本散不出去#衞生還可以，自己帶了被套
