酒店環境好，房間寬敞整潔，裝修不錯，熱水大，房外風景美如畫。還送了水果，住的温馨。價格也很便宜，剛下高速不久就到了，出入方便，離景點也不遠，很推薦的一家。

房間衞生還可以，前台服務態度還可以，環境還可以，就是周邊飯店不夠多，選擇性太少。早餐太一般了，能不能實惠點啊，多增加幾個小菜花不了幾個錢的，客户滿意度對服務業來説很重要的。

到了前台他們有個小哥哥跟我説我定的房間有點小 看我是兩個人入住 他就給我們換了一間空間很大的房間 辦完入住之後還送了水果 很不錯 早餐的東西也很多 衹主要就是免費停車還有離高速路口很近 我問前台小哥柳州哪裡好玩 也會耐心的一一給我介紹很不錯

提前在網上定的這家，她家服務真的很好，在確定是定這裏還是其他酒店的時候有打電話諮詢，都是非常熱情詳細的回答，不確定的還有回複電話，很方便，有機會24小時熱水 停車方便 酒店服務人員都很熱情，每個人見到都會打招呼，走的時候還給小朋友們送了禮物，細節滿滿，如果實在要説有一點不滿意的就是房間有點小，我們提前預訂的是豪華雙床，但是房間真的不大謝謝所有工作人員的熱情招待，哈哈
