每次來柳州，每次都會入住這家酒店，環境好，安靜，衞生，酒店工作人員很細心，服務又好！餐廳菜單很豐富，也很美味，無論多晚會送餐到房間，還有美味的水果，呵呵！

在柳東這邊找到一個好酒店不容易，宜尚酒店各方面做得很好，首先是房間衞生做得很乾凈，整體設施也很新。工作人員的態度很好，清潔阿姨也會按時打掃。最後是早餐很豐富，住了兩天體驗感非常好！

房間面積夠用，設施完好，55吋液晶，不像部分酒店用42吋甚至40吋。整棟四層樓都是酒店的，因此各種設施配備齊全。最難得是門前一個酒店所有的大停車場，足夠三四十輛車，樓房下還有一個更大的半地下停車場。完全可以容納所有住客車輛。1樓餐廳外有一大片場地，擺有幾張桌和陽傘，可以在其中進餐或閑談。若要自駕遊，其不失為一個上佳之選。

房間挺舒適的，各種用品也齊全，空調製冷快，還有大電視，還送了早餐，自助早餐種類質量都不錯，餐廳飯菜種類豐富，蓋飯很好吃。房間每天都有清潔整理，櫃枱小姐姐小哥服務熱情周到。

服務態度極差，第一、在前台辦入住的時候，明明是我先來的，然後卻給後面來的人先辦理説什麼他先預訂的，我後面定，那我先來不能給我先辦嗎？還有這種説法嗎
第二，辦入住時沒有提醒我12點退房，平時入住其他酒店都是兩點，所以我一點都不知道是12點退房，然後第二天前台12點五十分才打電話到房間問退房還是續住，我説退房，前台卻説退房時間是12點，現在已經超時了，需要收超時費，我簡直無語了，如果在12點前聯繫我告訴我退房時間，我還是一點才下去退房那OK這樣我就是算超時，但你們前台都準備一點才打電話上來，就説我超時

蠻新的商務酒店，暖氣比較足，床具等都不錯，寒冬睡了一個舒服覺。房間略小了一點，早餐偏簡單，不過在這個價位也還符合。離柳東新區的兩家汽車廠很近，辦事方便，總體而言性價比還不錯。
