Great location, a little dated, shower in a bathtub with a curtain where the shower head is really low, I hit my head on it a few times. Gym, washing machine facilities and restaurants are really quite good.

酒店地理位置很好，下樓就是五星步行街，能吃能逛。房間裏面東西看起來有點年頭了，但是整理比較乾淨，服務態度很好。靠近街邊會有一點吵，但是晚上就安靜了

老牌國營4星酒店，中規中矩，設施有點老但很乾凈，酒店位於中心區域，停車過夜要20元，去步行街，江邊，早市都很方便，衹要步行即可，螺螄粉附近就有幾家，青雲市場吃早飯，價格實惠的很

酒店地理位置非常好，樓下商場，旁邊就是五星商業步行街，到音樂噴泉廣場和柳侯公園也衹有幾百米，在柳州遊玩這個地理位置十分方便，服務人員態度都很好，金管家晚上會上門送水果牛奶，早餐也不錯，除常規餐品外還有廣西特色油茶和柳州螺螄粉；唯一不足的是設施實在太老了，衞生間還是浴缸式的，地毯因年限太長灰塵很重，這裏要特別感謝當天晚上的服務人員，因為對灰塵過敏，深夜麻煩服務人員幫忙換了房，雖然新換的房間也存在這個問題，但真的非常謝謝當晚的服務員們，有在盡心盡力的為客人解決問題。
