吹風機不是很好風都沒有一樣，還有拖鞋本來就是壞的退房的時候説是我弄壞的我真的服了還扣了我25塊這麼垃圾的拖鞋他要你25塊我真的很無語，還有電視機都用不了搞得我沒電視看，反正我衹能説一般般吧不是很好還豪華套房白白浪費我的300塊錢！

入住體驗不愉快，而且前台接待態度不怎麼樣，位置也是比較偏僻。這個酒店的服務簡直太糟糕了，不僅房間不夠乾淨，而且服務人員也不夠熱情，讓人感到非常不舒服。設施設備明顯過於陳舊，如淋浴頭出水不穩定、電視機遙控器無法正常使用

第一次住酒店還要爬樓梯的，説電梯壞了保潔打掃得慢，那我也不見修，還要一直乾等幾個小時才能辦理入住，不能等的要麼加錢升房要麼退單。房間也一般，個人覺得豪華標間還不如普通大床房，就多個地毯多個櫃子，但是沒有全身鏡，反正讓我花這個價錢住爬樓梯的房，跟住宿舍有什麼區別。
