過來出差本地同事推薦住這裏也沒細看。誰知道這麼爛。房間舊就算了隔音實在是太差了。門外一點風吹草動聽得一清二楚。最噁心的是那個電梯動起來聲音轟隆隆的一直響隔了幾間房還很大聲，根本沒辦法睡覺。

首先，房間沒有漱口杯；
其次，訂的房間跟電梯間隔着一個房間，但是電梯運行聲音響聲非常大，23：00休息時才發電梯運行影響休息，緊接着通知前台，前台給予的解決方案是：現在是入住高峯期，電梯運行影響的事等晚一些就好了。結果至00點一直有入住等情況，再次跟前台反應，前台給予回覆：升級房間需要補差價30元，一直到凌晨01點才換好房間。
最後，在換房間期間，工作人員上來，第一句話就是：掃描補差價。我毛了直接懟：不掃就不給換了是不是，現在幾點了？我反應的情況你們沒有積極解決拖延至今，掃描補差價的事明天退房時結算不行嗎？
總之，非常糟糕的一次體驗，以後再也不會訂維也納。
