到柳州臨時定的這家酒店，凌晨12點左右辦完入住到房間發現整個房間裏都是空調外機的聲音，立即反饋給前台，凌晨12:30給前台打了第一個電話，過了20分鐘也沒有人來處理或核實，時間來到凌晨1點了我忍不住打了第二個電話核實進度，前台的答覆是馬上喊人上來看，過了10分鐘來了個保安説確實聽到聲音了，但是比前台聲音小，聽到這裏我樂了，酒店對噪音的評判標準是比前台聲音小就行嗎？酒店方面完全無服務意識，全程被動服務，遇到噪音問題就是給你耳塞，不處理，退房也不給退，真是一次極其差的體驗，在前台完全知情這個房間就是有噪音的前提下還把房間開給了我實在讓人很生氣，整體的感受下來就是先騙你入住，住進來有任何問題也不給你退房，隨便你怎麼説都冷處理、拉低了我對柳州這個城市的印象。

出差五菱，在對面酒店住了五天，環境好，安靜，乾淨。服務特別好，不知道是柳州特色還是這家酒店的，總之有求必應。下次出差這邊還是住這家。

設施：該酒店原先為賓館，存在有超10年的歷史，衹是稍微改造了一下，裝修基本都沒動，有多舊可想而知
環境：這個酒店在工業區裏面，荒無人煙，想買個東西都沒店鋪，地理位置很偏，環境更是一般，
衞生：衞生差的要死，馬桶上還有上個客人使用過的痕跡排泄物都還在上面，桌子上全是油漬，房間內還有很多蚊子，一個酒店房間都要靠點蚊香才能不被蚊子叮，環境有多差可想而知，另外床上竟然還有跳蚤，住一晚皮膚都是紅點，更誇張的是還有蜘蛛
服務：唯一可以的就是服務過得去，但是沒有下一次
另外這個酒店的隔音特別差，你在房間説話，樓道都能聽得很清楚，更別説什麼隔音效果佳，簡直就是垃圾，完全與實際不符，電梯年久，有人坐電梯，在房間裏面都能聽見，打個滴滴，滴滴司機都説這個酒店很有歷史

來柳州旅遊的第一晚訂的酒店，總體感覺還不錯， 我訂錯成大床房了，問了前台小姐姐剛好還有雙床就幫我們換啦，浴室和衞生間確實是乾濕分離的兩個隔斷空間，空調的製冷也很給力，晚上還有涼涼的甜品，前台説她們每天都會送不一樣的甜品到房間，肯定5分好評，愛了愛了

要不是最低一分，我連這一分都不想給，衞生有多差就自己看吧，地毯直接爆漿，房間條件也很一般，空間很小，上面寫30平實際根本沒有，很擁擠！
