優:地理位置優越，走兩三分鐘就到馬鞍山，走十幾分鍾到銀泰城、谷埠街。吃喝玩樂一步到位 缺:柳州老賓館設施什麼的都比較老化，衞生也比較差，桌子上的水漬很明顯，鏡子上也全是水漬痕跡。衞生間洗手枱破損嚴重，用膠水縫補起來的。衞生間門鎖給我換了兩間都是壞的，大概也是沒有幾間是好的。最後説一下服務態度，我們剛上去不到兩分鐘檢查出被套壞的，叫前台給換一下，説是洗滌過程中正常損耗，不影響使用。強烈要求其進行更換後，還讓人上去檢查一下有沒有躺過，躺過要收費才能給換，拜託，我才剛上去不到兩分鐘，看見這種到處破損的，誰還敢躺？當然要檢查清楚啊，總之服務態度不咋地。如果衹是單純考慮地理位置的話，可以忽略以上內容。

However, the facilities were old and hygienic. I stayed here for one night and checked out the next day. Checked out and changed places
