最後一晚在柳州，真的很氣憤 1.預訂的家庭房含早餐，酒店入住時打的單子是不含早餐，也沒給早餐券，我們當時都沒注意，第二天快退房的時候才發現。 2.給我們開的家庭房，沒有小童用的牙刷牙膏洗髮水和沐浴露拖鞋，我們也是問前台要的小童牙刷和牙膏拖鞋，才給的。 3.房間的電話是壞的，電視機修理了兩次。。。 4.早上出去的時候洗的衣服，交待前台幫忙烘乾，等回到酒店，前台估計都忘記這個事了，導致我們衹匆忙的烘乾了40分鐘，衣服還潮濕的，為了趕飛機。 5.房間窗户一開，就是一堵牆，啥景色都沒。 6.酒店也可能是服務不夠禮品來湊，送了點水果和7帶螺螄粉。這個點贊。

12月去延吉住的是漢庭優佳，想不到柳州也有店，就想着延吉店環境服務都很好，就試試柳州店，裝修風格一模一樣，但設施就一般般，我住的那房間電視是有問題的，wifi老是自動斷開，有時候連不上，浴室發現更噁心的，沐浴露下面那個託盤超級臟🤢，唯一的好就是外賣有機器人送上來

首先服務給100分，住在這裏4晚5天，聽到最多的就是過年好早上好你好，工作人員都非常熱情禮貌。其次房間乾淨整潔衞生，佈局合理，早餐也是可以的。最最最重要的是，酒店地理位置更佳，去哪裡都方便，離店時前台小姐姐送了伴手禮，兩包螺獅粉，哎，咱就是説，第一次收到酒店送的禮物呢

酒店環境很好，服務很好，邊上300米左右可以坐機場大巴，背後是公園可以爬馬鞍山，有山上有石鐘乳巖洞，前面是江景，酒店環境也很好，早餐也挺豐富，出差個人旅遊都很推薦。

設施不錯，馬路兩旁可以停車晚上免費衞生乾淨，前台服務員熱情周到，有早餐有洗衣房，信價比很高，可惜沒拍酒店照片。
