去柳州玩的強烈推薦這家酒店，鬧中取靜的位子去哪裡都很方便。而且裏面的硬件設施還都不錯，我玩了五天四夜換了兩家酒店，這家是真的好。還來柳州的肯定住這裏。

客房風景視野都很好，面朝魚峯區馬鞍山，樓下吃的也多，去哪都近都方便，第一個晚上不清楚情況自己房間開窗瞭然後蚊蟲進來了，客房很快的給換了一間房間，服務很棒

為了碗螺螄粉，來了一趟柳州。酒店的地理位置，去周邊吃喝玩逛的幾個地方都很方便；青雲市場、五星美食街、龍潭公園、工業博物館 都是10來分鐘的車程。酒店的客房樓層也比較高，窗外可以直接看到柳州江景。
整體還不錯，美中不足的2點，
1️⃣歡迎水果，辦入住沒給，進客房後詢問才送的。
2️⃣非節假日和週末，溝通想延遲一些退房，告知衹有官網會員預訂才有免費延退，對非會員不太友好。

交通和環境:在銀泰樓上，對面就是一個美食城，過江就是五星步行街，交通便利，很熱鬧。
酒店條件:房間很乾凈，窗外景觀不錯，性價比挺高的，感覺還比較舒適。
服務質量:前台小姐姐態度很好，好温柔，整體體驗很好。

過來旅遊住了 2 晚，酒店就在銀泰百貨上面，房間在高層很乾凈，還可以看到柳江夜景，地理位置很好，背後就是馬鞍山，江對面就是五星步行街，去哪玩都方便，打個車基本 10 元以內可到達。

不知道那些管理人員是怎麼搞的，房間裏面的裝修氣味濃得不得了，管理員過來帶我們換房間的時候都説這個房間的氣味是有點濃，明明知道這樣的房間有這麼濃的氣味幹嘛還要給客人住呢，雖然後來給我們換了房間，還贈送了早餐券，但是我們卻是給那些裝修味薰了一個晚上。還有就是那一塊牌説有事就打電話給他，他會解決問題的，但是我們打了這個電話，卻是拒接的，真不明白酒店，放這個牌是沒有用的，幹嘛放這個牌子是什麼意思呢。解決不了問題的電話，放在房間根本就沒用的。

環境：個人覺得地理位置很好，可以直接看到江邊，景色宜人
服務：阿姨們服務很好，要兩瓶水都很願意給，一天兩瓶應該是哈哈哈，反正很滿意服務
設施：很齊全，對於200多的價格來説，很棒，性價比很高
衞生：沒有問題，十分的👍🏻，阿姨還會幫忙搞衞生什麼的，特別滿意
整體：非常喜歡，下次還來！
