酒店給做了免費升級，非常感謝！早餐也去吃品種還有蠻多種的，也很好吃。給升級的房間和我自己預訂的房間去看啦，非常滿意給免費升級的房間！非常感謝下次還來！

預訂安排在二樓，第一個房間電視機變收音機，前台主動給換第二個房間無法關窗外窗打開紗窗鎖死，前台又主動換第三個房間，折騰了幾十分鐘。早餐是美好一天的開始，結果太失望了，餐廳是一個天台搭帳篷，這房價這樣的早餐也太應付了。食物不新鮮，更別提刀功，非常沒有食慾，感覺都不是專業人員做的，住比這價格還實惠的酒店早餐都比這裏好很多！以後還會住這家酒店嗎？

出乎意料的好，舒適乾淨，環境安靜。特別是服務很貼心很好，外賣都幫忙送到房門口，還貼心送了個紅豆糖水。感覺到了前台人員對於客户每一個小問題都耐心用心幫忙解決。第一次出差到柳州，印象極佳，超好評。
