I have to give a bad review for the service this time. I have stayed at Yishang many times. It is a business hotel that focuses on convenience and speed. When placing the order, I specified that I wanted a high floor because the bar downstairs was too noisy. When checking in, I was told that the rooms on the high floors had no windows or inner windows. Considering air circulation, I asked for a room on the lower floor with windows. As a result, I found the room on the second floor. When I went in, where was the window? Where was the window? I was speechless. Is the front desk *? I went downstairs to the front desk to explain the situation and asked to change to a room with a window. After changing the room card, I found the room again. The #nn# room card could not open the door. I was about to explode. Okay, I went downstairs to find another room card. It took me half an hour to check in. There are more weird things later.
