房間還可以，衞生比較乾淨整潔，環境處在立交橋附近，還好不怎麼吵。前台戴眼鏡的小妹服務態度熱情，值得表揚。而另一位小妹説話態度僵硬，感覺很不舒服。

凌晨兩點多開的房間，半夜熱醒了三次，空調完全不管用，前台回覆是讓我調自然風。實在受不了了六點多果斷退房換了別家，退房的時候提這個問題前台直接無視，人都搞崩潰了

房間沒有什麼問題。位置也可以，停車方便。
就是到的那天，我們是四點多到的，房間還在打掃，這個情況其實也是正常的，但是小孩肚子疼，要解手，問前台，前台説叫我們去找公廁，我們人生地不熟，外面氣温39度，找公廁？什麼服務意識呀？最後溝通，才先給了房卡，給小孩上樓解手。樓上正在打掃衞生的大姐態度倒是蠻好，給小孩解手後接着打掃衞生。
這就是我這次自駕二十多天，唯一沒有給全五星的酒店。改進一下前台接待的服務意識吧。

訂的是大床房，景觀開闊視野好不吵，空調夠力，重點是床鋪很乾凈，下次來還會考慮住這裏。

服務：兩點來到都還沒有房，要三點才搞好衞生有房。
環境：環境不錯，交通方便。
設施：設施齊全，洗手間有乾濕分離，這點不錯。
