我是帶孩子來柳州玩，選擇這家酒店，非常不錯
首先，酒店大堂走廊就能讓你瞭解少數名族，還有少數名族的特色活動圖片宣傳;
前台很熱情服務，耐心給我們講解市區網紅景區打卡點，房間衞生乾淨，房間空間大，晚上休息安靜，最方便的就是後面就是地王大廈。
酒店還有餐飲-民族食府，環境好，菜非常不錯，價格實惠，也有特色菜。
總的來説，下次還來！

拖鞋巨臭都包漿了，也沒一次性拖鞋，門也是壞的，一堆浴巾扔在地上疊，地隨處可見沒掃乾淨，吹風機時好時壞，窗簾凳子地板都是破損的，窗户關不上，男店長服務態度敷衍，純客觀評價，總體性價比極低，差。。。

房間好臟好臭，浴室水也小，晚上回來連澡都洗不了，窗户也關不上，出去玩一天了回來房間還是臭的，被子和床睡的也不舒服，體驗極差。本來訂了兩天的，剛住進去就退了第二天晚上的。

環境安靜，適合休息，衞生很好，房間乾淨，前台服務效率高，態度好。房間東西很整齊，設施齊全 ，值得點讚的是花灑出水均勻，夠大，水温可自由調節。不足的是賓館的就餐不夠人性化，有一個民族食府，那是針對家庭套餐的那種，那天晚上7點多了，下雨陰冷，不想再走出去找吃的，前台指引説可以去賓館食府，結果問了食府餐廳，説可以炒一份快餐，20元，米飯和一個菜，不過最後沒有吃。如果能設定煮粉或者多樣化快餐更好！

幫外地的親戚及其朋友訂了四間標間。親戚要求經濟實惠，停車、吃住方便的。親戚反響不錯。雖然床上用品顯得有點陳舊，但乾淨整潔。院子裏有餐廳，吃飯方便。周邊的北站路或者廣場路也有不少小吃店。步行到柳江水上噴泉也就二十分鐘。
