過來柳州玩入住，距離柳州夜市有點距離，開車大概20分鐘吧。房間不算大，設施有點老，衞生還行吧。門口停車方便，很多停車位。

這家店很不錯喔，離體育中心很近，城中萬達也不遠，其它景區都不遠，交通很方便，
晚上我去五星步行街趕快到，
服務特別好喲^_^
客房衞生不錯喔，我很喜歡落地窗，感覺很舒服，
大堂很寬，還提供免費使用洽談業務，還有飯店呢
菜味道不錯

房間不錯，床單乾淨，寬敞，整體比較乾淨，沒有異味，晚上沒有蚊子，停車比較方便，附近找吃的還可以，安靜，不會有特別的嘈雜。節日期間比較貴。

不知道為什麼扣了15塊的按金，住之前也沒説用什麼東西會扣。交了100塊的按金,離店後衹退回85塊，沒什麼説明，再也不會住了。

無語死了，晚上回來拿錯電卡，我一個孕婦跑下去找前台讓他們開一下門，那個值班前台一臉不屑罵我拿錯卡你不知道嗎？讓我上去等，她叫人幫我開門，我就想問，我上二樓後3個人一直等沒反應，等了10分鐘還是沒人來，然後長者家又跑下去前台問，她才不情願的説開多張門卡讓我們開門，然後又罵我媽搞錯電卡跟房卡，我就想問，這就是你們酒店的服務態度？拿錯卡我們也不想，你不想值夜班我的錯？難道你上班不是幫我們解決問題而是罵人？白天的前台都不會這樣，就你特別厲害？那麼不喜歡不要幹了，會去做千金小姐吧，一個孕婦一個長者家都這樣罵，真的無語了

這個價格入住真的是太划算了，員工很友好，有幸看見工作人員查房很認真，對於衞生我真的是太放心了。最後有點事情沒處理完，還給了延遲退房，太感動了。

每月來柳州都住這店，住了應該有10間夜以上了，從沒吃過早餐，以前訂單有早餐也沒時間吃，這次來又訂這，給朋友訂商務大房，我大床，商務大床買了2份早餐，我總不能又***，大床房又買早餐吧，辦入是真他大爺搞笑，單我訂的，錢我出了，媽的還不給吃，要吃商務房的早餐，就必須要退掉大床房，和朋友住一間的，和前台講了下，幫她理了下，退房酒店少一間收入，況且，早餐買了2份，為一份早餐，你們還不要房了？有是老顧客了，前台來句，就這樣，我就是打工的.........
大爺的，的確是打工的......，懶得和她説，沒有意義，
沒有以後了，以後不可能在住這家
