Location was great, it is close to shopping areas and local restaurants. Service was okay - front desk was helpful at checking in, but no other service was provided, no concierge or parking staff. Cleanliness is adequate to that of a 2-3 star hotel, rooms were clean but other spaces in the hotel was not such as the dining area, this is a hotel shared with other services so tons of random people going in and out. Little to none amenities, no coffee bars (just instant coffee in the lobby), no lounge, gyms, breakfast bar was small. Rooms indicated non-smoking rooms were available but upon check in, staff told me there are no non-smoking rooms. Most hallways and rooms reeked of smoke.

酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度很棒，衞生很乾凈，出入很方便，停車免費，早餐也不錯。酒店門口還有掃碼租電動車，很方便，整體十分舒適。附近就是勝利燒烤城，極力推薦。

維也納沒有明確的禁煙房間。由於電梯和二樓ktv相通，電梯裏始終瀰漫著濃濃的煙味。樓下有椿記燒鵝，走路距離有北雀路夜市和勝利燒烤城。這一路也有很多吃的。員工態度也都很好。可是不禁煙始終讓人覺得臟，尤其店裡和樓道里

停車場是地下立體的，車位還算充足。有電梯直上酒店大堂，態度很好，很熱情打招呼，房間暖水水壓很足，但中央空調的冷氣聲音很響，還有吱吱吱的聲音，特別影響晚上睡覺。其他都還好。

比較老舊的酒店，本來在附近辦事兒要住個十幾天的，打電話讓送兩瓶水，跟我説要 2 塊錢一瓶🙄很少有酒店這麼摳搜了，有一些酒店我們入住以後出去玩前台還主動問我們要不要水啥的😂這種服務對不起這個價格，衰落不是沒有原因的，另外酒店處於一個廣場附近，晚上樓下會有廣場舞很吵，衞生沒啥問題，設備很老舊，反正住起來就是不太爽

酒店位置很好找，酒店有免費的停車場，前台工作人員服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔衞生舒適，周邊的小吃非常多，網紅胖子螺螄粉距離也不遠，下次來還會選擇這裏，忘記給房間照照片了
