前台小姐姐服務真的非常好，贈送了飲料，經常來住,房間大，設施好，服務又好，價格便宜，去哪兒打車方便。停車位也多，特別是還有地下停車場沒有理由不來住。

很不錯，環境和前台服務都很好。酒店還提供各種各樣的早餐，睡覺也挺安靜的，4樓還有洗衣房，健身房，還有免費停車場。

大堂布置温馨，寬敞明亮，擺放有酒店周邊景點推薦，都是柳州的一些網紅景點，從酒店出發都很近，早餐也不錯。

比起幾年前過來柳州玩住宿價錢貴了幾倍！這家酒店優點就是有自己的停車場！房間都很老舊！空調象沒雪種完全不給力！水壓低熱水也不給力！煲水的水壺是塑料的（走了半個中國，包括民宿都沒有這種材料）！礦泉水是同一牌子，但是招紙很簡陋（感覺自己人手貼上去的），還不一致！沖涼房的玻璃裝飾不雅觀還透明…實在小童不宜！總之性價比低！
