酒店服務十分好，酒店硬件設施齊全嶄新，酒店交通方便位置居中，去市博物館和柳江邊邊都很方便。樓下就可以自助網上日租電動車，在城區騎電動車很方便。
前台大廳很大，洗衣房有洗衣烘乾服務。同樣的價格服務可以比得上貴一倍的全季酒店。

房間實際比照片還好看，佈置的很合理設施也很新，衞生嘎嘎乾淨，而且小區管理很好，晚上睡覺很安靜，枕頭尤其舒服，一整晚安睡，員工無比靠譜，每次找她們都是秒回，選了好幾天的酒店，果然沒失望，衞生非常優秀，一開門能聞見淡淡香味，酒店佈置沒有一點瑕疵，給員工們點贊！

酒店位置距離柳州高鐵站不遠 大約15分鐘左右 步行大概10分鐘就能到地王新天地商場 酒店設施也算很新 但有點不太隔音 洗澡的時候都能聽到外面人走動說話 晚上大約2點多有點吵 但整體來說還是可以的 早上走過前台也會主動打招呼 fill的東西也快 按照距離設備乾淨程度都值得推薦

衞生：阿姨每天都諮詢是否需要打掃 清垃圾
唯一一點 週日樓下公園會有叔叔阿姨跳廣場舞 沒得睡懶覺 有一點吵

酒店地理位置好，步行去地王新天地很近，再往前走就是周邊一條路都有夜市和便利店，挺友好的，門口和附近可以租電瓶車去嗦粉。
酒店提供的自助早餐也是不錯，乾淨衞生，每日不重樣的
酒店的服務人員都是禮貌微笑，和藹可親
租車的客人稍微有點小困惑，停車不是很方便，尤其對於女士司機，需要提前給前台知道一下你是自駕，讓他們預先留好車位
希望增加電視投屏功能，那更讚了！
