酒店新裝修過，房間很新，地理位置很好，離景點都很近。一定要選江景房，很值得，窗邊就能看到音樂噴泉。離五星街很近，食的逛的洗頭的特別多。
酒店服務很好，早餐也挺不錯的。我們原來訂的不是江景房，到了果斷升級，非常值得。看着這個江景發呆都值得。
雖然泳池很小，但泡下水也ok，拍照也很出片。有酒吧有健身房，有洗衣房，還有小童樂園，設施雖不大但齊全完善。
提下小建議，希望房間能配酒杯🍸，特別是江景房，有浴缸🛁的房間配上浴鹽和一次性浴缸套就更好了。

這家酒店連住了兩晚都很舒服啊🫧🫧
酒店大堂視野開闊 地理位置很棒 去哪裡都方便
就在風情港旁緊挨着柳江河畔 窗景即江景🍃
晚上的夜景真的美（我沒有拍到但是超好看的😭

不愧是五星級的標準！！柳州新開的温德姆位置超級好，樓下就是市中心步行街，正對着柳江晚上可以直接在房間看音樂噴泉！！！酒廊和游泳池都超級出片，服務也很好，以後來柳州也會選在這兒住！

風景好，門口停車場雖有點小（不知有沒有地下停車場），但一樓帥哥很熱情幫拿行李。聽外面的士司機説大堂在13樓的原因是因為地段的原因，怕水又淹，所以辦理入住手續的大堂要先上到13樓，辦好手續再去到入住樓層，這次隨心一次柳州行，因為美麗江景心情也美麗。
總枱美女給我免費升級了大浴缸套房。房內整潔衞生，床品挺舒服，睡的香，升級的套房雖然有面窗打開對面是居民樓，但我也能接受吧，畢竟出來玩累了休息好就最重要，浴缸處另有一扇窗，窗外綠意如畫，斜望能見江景，12樓有個泳池，雖不大，但晚上去拍照打卡，映襯着熠熠生輝的夜景很美，也很出片。
早餐我是自費的，牛腩粉不錯，其它的食物就着江邊美景，味道不重要了，吹着徐徐晨風，心情好才重要……

前台服務很好，房間很大，窗外風景特別棒，晚上直接就能看到音樂噴泉，，贈送的來柳州的第一碗螺螄粉也很好吃，美味推薦，酒店就位於市中心，周邊吃喝玩樂樣樣豐富，來柳州必選！
