交通方便，窗簾會智能開啟，床墊很舒服，被子也很柔軟。衞生間水很熱，水也大。周邊有個大潤發系的超市，還有螺螄粉，小菜場，吃飯很方便，春節也能找到吃的。離龍潭公園兩公里，離馬鞍山公園也很近。酒店可以30元租電動車，柳州人多車多，在城中還是電動車方便。

中午是酒店免費升級房間，差額就是十幾塊，當時感覺還不錯，晚上9點多就開始沒有熱水，當時小孩在洗澡到一半，突然就沒水，天氣那麼冷還沒熱水，誰能承受到，打前台投訴衹是道歉，沒有一個處理的結果，到12點還沒有熱水，旅遊第一次碰到這麼垃圾的酒店，朋友們千萬別訂這家酒店。朋友們當天我是訂了3間房間，千萬別訂。衞生也不是十分乾淨。

酒店環境不錯，晚上睡覺安靜，小孩去過很喜歡，一直在玩智能開關。特別是前台早班服務態度也很好，小姐姐很熱情。下次有機會還來。

住得特別舒服，位置也超方便，出門就是停車位。（不過別去隔壁桌球廳那停車，那兒不是酒店的，容易起糾紛。）老闆人太暖了，不僅主動給免費升級了房型，還特別熱情，有問必答，讓整個入住體驗都很愉快！
