I am satisfied with the room. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet, except for the loud noise of guests closing the door which affects my sleep. The service was satisfactory, especially the handsome male supervisor who was skilled in his work and attentive in service. Breakfast was satisfactory. The coffee was strong and aromatic. The room hygiene is also satisfactory.

It is a 10-minute taxi ride from Longtan Park. It has air conditioning and can store luggage. But there are safety hazards and poor service awareness. The delivery man can go upstairs freely, and the hotel staff keeps knocking on the door until nearly 11pm, causing inconvenience to the guests. The front desk and housekeeping staff lack service awareness. The front desk only checks the room number when keeping luggage, without any ID card verification, which also poses a safety hazard. When reporting problems to the front desk, instead of facing the problem and providing a solution, they kept explaining. The wash basin in the room is leaking, and there is a place to put towels under the basin. The overall stay experience is poor, not recommended, no next time!

It felt like I was back home with a good friend to play with. I was fully impressed by the hospitality of Liuzhou! ! ! Hotel facilities: The decoration style is simple and fashionable, which is in line with my aesthetic point. There are gyms, self-service laundry and drying rooms, and convenience stores. The hotel was just renovated last year, so it is very new and comfortable to stay in. I have already recommended this place to my friends, and I will stay here again next time I come!
