位置很好找，臨近窯埠古鎮，萬達，附近樓下也有很多吃的，樓下就有便利店， 服務人員態度友好，耐心有禮貌，機器人服務送達物品很快，房間寬敞明亮，空間大，乾淨整潔，前一天從凱悦住的，我覺得體驗一般，看到這家24年新開的，果然很不錯，任何問題解決都非常及時。感謝所有服務人員的辛苦付出

大堂可以曬到太陽真的很舒服，全季整體的風格就是很好很舒服，會再住。這次出門急忘了帶洗面奶前台姐姐很熱情的拿出小樣給我，出酒店就有攤子，門口的柳州臭豆腐味道還不錯，柳州螺螄粉業一如既往的好吃！

雖然不在市中心，但酒店周邊餐館非常多，有個購物中心走路就能到。酒店裝修和服務都一如既往地好，訂全季基本上不會翻車。附近長湘居的早茶非常好，強烈推薦。

酒店環境很好新開業的設備設施都很新，很智能化，早餐豐富美味可口，房間衞生乾淨床品很柔軟舒適，服務員很熱情周到，還有自助洗衣房可以送到房間，大堂還有茶喝很温馨，離萬達也很近附近有很多小吃的，非常方便
