My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers within walking distance. The first day I arrived, it was raining and the cleaning staff cleaned my shoes and left and note. I thought this was a very nice gesture from the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I decided to extend my stay and booked two more nights, but I made a mistake in the booking. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting me in rebooking the correct room so I wouldn't have to change rooms without a cancelation fee. The last night, more fresh fruit was brought to my room. Again, this was a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

來之前看了評論區一些差評評論有點擔心，來了以後發現完全沒問題，從前台迎賓到餐廳服務員到保潔人員服務態度都特別好，特別耐心，因為返程的火車是晚上七點，問了前台能不能延長退房時間，前台很快協調好了。
房間也很舒適，視野開闊，寬敞，設施很齊，電吹風是感應式的。
酒店有自助花茶、有健身房有洗衣房。
酒店位置看着離景區夜景噴泉遠，實際處於柳州的新市中心，基建特別好，附近走路可以到海關南路，有一排秋水螺螄粉之類的餐飲店，是開了很久的老店，是本地人都去的店。據説現在很多小紅書上點名的網紅店排長隊，實際很多用了辣椒精替代辣椒，吃了立馬肚子疼，這邊的這些小店反而是自己熬湯底，吃完完全沒問題
酒店的早餐豐盛，乾淨衞生，供應到10點，到了9點40還在不斷補充新菜上來，一般酒店自助式早餐，差不多到點就沒啥吃的了。到了10點服務員會提醒馬上結束了，需要添加什麼吃的，可以再去取餐區看看。在酒店吃飽喝足再去逛青雲早市，比飢腸轆轆去網紅小吃排長隊要從容自在得多。

酒店地理位置很好，樓下就是商業街，離景點不是很遠，酒店21層辦理入住，房間空間挺大的，衞生間和淋浴房都寬敞明亮，浴袍也很舒服，酒店還有健身房、洗衣房，設施齊全呀。
三百多的價位包含早餐，種類豐富，服務好。
