第一次入住這家民宿感覺很好！位置超方便，步行可到著名景點，周邊是大型商場和特色餐館。房間整體是温馨的ins風格。房東服務很貼心，從入住前發詳細指引，到貼心準備旅遊攻略，全程體驗感滿分，性價比很高。

國慶末錯開高峯出來玩，不能難找，入住指引清晰，床不錯，比很多民宿的床都好，一下就睡著了，服務也周到，樓高夜景美，還有免費水贈送

三點前到，但居然還沒搞好衞生，所以第一眼確實比較失望。説是過年忙不過來，還説前一個人遲退房，感覺是説辭，但表示理解，溝通折騰一段時間，4點左右才正式住下。但住下後各種不便，房間裏面除了兩個大床和一個放了投影儀的牀頭櫃，衹有一套四人露營桌和椅，各種不方便放東西，衹能放地上，有種窘迫的感覺。平台顯示是50多層的高層江景，實際是住18層，窗外景色不怎麼樣。並且還説顯示有廚房用具啥的其實也沒有，訊息不符，跟客服了解過是原來有一套同類但高配的民宿在其他樓層，我估計是簡單搬了部分傢俱下來這層重新裝修的，對比其他平台分享的前一套的房間照片，這套明顯簡化了許多。洗手間沒有乾濕分離，給孩子洗個澡也不太方便。家人推測都是2人房標準勉強改為了4人房，純粹是多了一個床的房間，在不同平台對比2人房貴了200到300不等，不值。兩星給的是客服態度還行，積極解決問題。對住宿有要求的不推薦。

1、空調打開味道特別大正好對着床吹腦袋，而且空調高工作時外機聲音特別大影響睡眠（所以那天是沒開空調加上那天温度也可以不開）2、床單很臟給人感覺比較糟糕3、準備的免費水還有一瓶是打開的（還好發現了不然差點就準備打開喝）4、隔壁是洗頭髮的還是有點聲音，（如果想要隔音好的自己思考）以上真心評價也是第一次評價

真的是無敵江景，實際比圖片好，床很大很舒服，房間足有套房這麼大，還能做飯，煲湯鍋具都有，設施齊全，主要價格還很親民，家人很滿意👍
