超級贊，喜歡房間裏的綠植，位置很方便，打車什麼的都方便的很！！超級推薦，下次來還入住的！！柳州太好玩太好吃啦，我一定會為了螺螄粉再回來的，捨不得離開！

窗户那邊是搞裝修的大樓，一大早7點左右就開始搬抬鋼管之類的，吵的睡不着。房間的一次性拖鞋也是衹有一雙，我可是兩個人入住啊，好摳門啊。也沒有座機可以聯繫到前台。唯一好的就是挺智能的，叫小度就可以開電視機和窗簾。其他房間關門的聲音也很大，隔音效果不好。步行街倒是不吵。

酒店外部環境，前台環境非常差， 酒店沒有停車場，停車放幾百米外大廈地下停車庫，要拖行李走路去酒店，停車費50每晚，自費30買券。 房間隔音差，早上六點開始就很吵，非常不愉快的一次住店

整體來説還行吧 地理位置不是很好找 比較麻煩 房間有聲控智能語音 挺好的 但是房間沒窗太悶了 而且衣服曬在房間也不易幹 地板是瓷磚 沒有地巾 從浴室洗完澡出來整個房間都是濕答答的 給人體驗不好 續住衞生的浴室頭髮那些也沒處理乾淨 礦泉水也沒有補 洗手枱流水不到位 全部積水在上面 前台小姐姐服務都挺好的 勉勉強強還能住應付一下 房間的設施設備都是新的不錯 其他的也就那樣吧

酒店的地理位置特別好！就在五星步行街附近，下樓幾百米以內就有很多好吃的，按摩店。五星螺螄粉，點都德蜜汁鴨腿，青雲市場都特別近！柳york 也是步行就能到，第一次來遛柳州不知道住哪裡的話，這裏真的是一個不錯的選擇。而且還在附近找到了一家特別特別專業的按摩店！這地方真不錯啊，前台服務態度也挺好的，下雨天沒帶傘的話前台還有免費的傘可以租。下次來柳州還會選擇住這裏。

太吵了太吵了真的，玩了一天回來23點準備睡覺，隔壁能聽得清清楚楚是2-3個小姑娘在那玩遊戲，嗚嗷的吵吵，一直到12點多也沒人管，給前台打了個電話 前台去敲的門説安靜點，然後聲音從超大分貝變成一般分貝，但你還是能知道她們遊戲開了幾局，一直吵到接近凌晨兩點才安靜下來。
除了這些之外酒店床墊很舒服，房間也乾淨衞生，就在五星商業街，沒什麼可挑剔的地方，前台有個胖胖的小姐姐服務也不錯，但是隔音太一般.
