The only dissatisfaction is that I can't watch TV, and the guy at the front desk couldn't fix it after tinkering for a long time. Also, the sign of the hotel is not eye-catching. The hotel is located at a crossroads and the sign is on the top of a high building. You can’t even see it when you drive over. You have to turn around and go back at the intersection and look carefully before you see it.

一進房間，整潔温馨的氛圍撲面而來，裝修風格簡約又不失格調，各種設施擺放得井井有條，讓人瞬間就有了賓至如歸的感覺。房間採光很好，窗户視野開闊，白天陽光灑進來，暖洋洋的，心情都跟着舒暢起來。
最讓我滿意的就是那張床了，床墊軟硬適中，躺上去彷彿被雲朵包裹，支撐性恰到好處.

房間衞生挺乾淨的，設施算新的。智能馬桶，小度控制。有免費早餐，品種不算多。送了下午茶，還有免費4小時的電動車，我們超時了也沒收費用。服務還不錯。柳州市區不大，去哪兒騎個電動車就行了，所以沒住五星街那邊。勝在晚上比較安靜。

酒店造型很亮眼，設計也別出心裁，有很多可以打卡拍照的地方，服務有古裝試穿，下午茶，還能租4小時小電驢，應該還有很多可以享受的隱藏服務，沒來得及體驗。還有寵物房，親子房可以選。地方可能有點偏。

房間很舒服，智能遙控方便，燒水壺新穎，乾淨衞生。服務非常好，打掃衞生的熱情親切地問好。酒店早餐的米粉挺好吃，粥也好喝。
地理位置還可以，離窯埠古鎮1公里多，不想走路，出行叫車方便且便宜。
