The lady inside has terrible service, as if she is owed 1 million. As a service industry, if you don’t have that level, just find an employee. Don’t show yourself to anyone with your depressed face every day. Seriously bad review.

酒店位置優越交通便利特別好找，前台阿叔熱情好客，有求必應，房間乾淨衞生，整潔漂亮，舒適，舒心，讓人心情特別愉悦。房間大，空氣很好，採光很好，相對來説還是比較安靜的。房間的燈很有氛圍感，床上用品非常的乾淨，很柔軟，有一股淡淡的清香，關鍵是價格很美麗，物超所值，推薦入住！

衞生：衞生非常好，很乾凈
環境：環境也很好，離高鐵站走路就3分鐘的路程，非常的便利，周邊也有好多吃飯的地方，我們是住在30樓的，可以俯瞰整個昆明市了，晚上非常安靜，睡得也很好，不過就是床有點軟，我有點不習慣了

春節返程路過柳州，已是凌晨1點左右，在高速路口選了家評分4.7的酒店，住進去那一瞬間我簡直要石化了，這個酒店房間類似一個城鄉結合部的招待所，説實話我家鄉18線的小縣城100塊的旅館都比這個400多的房間強，強忍着不滿草草睡下，早上起來後發現白天住一天的價格才270，而凌晨住幾個小時確要425？？我不知道這個評分是哪些昧着良心的人寫出來的！對比春節前路過桂林也住過一夜快捷酒店，乾淨清爽等同於四星標準，人家才178！！！我不知道是攜程的原因還是柳州酒店的原因，但是這種服務衹能讓你們失去信譽，失去客人！！！
