The stay experience was perfect! The hotel is in an excellent location and convenient for travel. The rooms are spacious and bright, with warm and comfortable layout and complete facilities. The staff's warm and thoughtful service makes you feel like spring breeze. The catering is rich and delicious to meet the needs of all tastes. 房間夠大，早餐種類不多味道可以，可以煮螺螄粉，樓下就是電動車租車還車點，非常方便，走幾分鐘就是居民區，找到一家非常舒服的洗頭店。總的來説酒店位置合適，設施不算很新但用的不錯，前台服務也OK。推薦

臨時抵達柳州站才預訂房間，沒注意看接站需提前一天預約，前台小姐姐熱心給報銷打車費。找不到早餐券又特地安排機器人送上來。早餐品種不少，自助煎蛋，工作人員也非常好，到十點來鍾食物不會一下子收光光。地下車庫，電梯直達。房間帶全身鏡，整潔舒適，洗漱用品齊全，電視一打開就是消防安全提示。大堂還有家小超市，打車也便捷。

房間很乾凈空間挺寬敞，我們一家4口住得挺舒服，床是1.5米我和女兒睡不擠，喜歡房間極簡風格開放式的掛衣，前面是高鐵站，酒店位置距離五星步行街和青雲市場也很近，酒店有免費停車柳州交通有點堵建議酒店門口掃碼租電車出行便宜又舒服，阿嫲手作還有網紅古早巧克力蛋糕、大華幹撈粉能**外賣到酒店哦~~

應有盡有1.蟑螂好好處理一下你的蟲害問題2.升級的商務大床是外面有風機聲巨響的一個房間。3.房間裏的小卡片是你們默認的對嗎？客房不檢查嗎還是你們就搞這個業務？4.風機異響前台回覆我不光是我這個房間有，沒有人投訴就代表沒問題咯5.工程師傅來的時候我一個女生，工服沒有工牌沒有凌晨3點多合適嗎房間門也是我自己完全打開的。這個情況下升級完房型還要我給好評搞笑吧。
