酒店離龍潭公園不遠，位置好，車位充足，前台服務熱情，設施較新，衞生乾淨整潔，但房間不大，不知是否春節期間原因，不提供早餐，周邊環境一般。

酒店前台服務態度很好，房間簡潔明亮，有窗户，有空調，有無線網絡，礦泉水，毛巾，浴巾，牙刷吹風筒，都很齊全，床鋪夠大，乾淨整潔，門口有免費停車，還有電瓶車租，可以在保安亭充電，很方便。

雖然不是第一次來柳州但是讓我太滿意這裏的住宿了，房間乾淨主要環境又好又安靜，樓下有電動車出租也有停車場，整個酒店從大堂到房間乾淨，住宿體驗太好了，房間又大又安靜，下次來這裏必須首選這裏，就是光顧着玩忘記拍房間照了，真的太好了

這次到廣西旅遊，桂林、陽朔、柳州，最滿意的房間就是柳州了，這家酒店離景區很近，房間也夠大，衞生間乾濕分離，有停車場，對面就是超市，吃飯和購物都特別方便，以後會推薦給要到柳州旅遊的同事和朋友！
